Green Polymer Technologies has a proprietary process that recycles a mixed stream of waste plastic. The technology has been proven and independently tested. The recycled plastic has been shown to meet or exceed the performance specifications required by a range of potential products from plastic lumber to highway sound barriers. Green Polymer has licensed its technology to one company in the New England area, and derives its income from royalties on the products this company produces, as well as annual license fees. Green Polymer intends to continue to aggressively market its technology, develop new products, and sell the various chemicals and consulting services needed in the process to its licensees as their plants become operational.
