ABOUT

Green Polymer Technologies, Inc. was founded in 2000 by Dr. Donald Sullivan and Mr. Stephen Lynch, in order to bring to market the process and technology developed by Dr. Sullivan. Since inception, the company has focused on refining and improving the technology; in order to make it commercially viable, to produce consistent results using a wide spectrum of feedstock, and to develop a variety of products attractive in terms of both cost and utility.

Donald Sullivan Ph.D, President
Don Sullivan has over 25 years experience in the research and development of cutting edge technology. He spent 15 years working as a Principal Investigator for Mission Research Corporation in the fields of lasers, plasma physics, pulse power, and high energy accelerators. Dr. Sullivan is the inventor of several unique high power microwave generators. He has authored numerous patents, published papers, and scientific reports. Based upon the success of his R&D efforts, he was able to establish and manage a division at MRC with over two dozen technical personnel, and an annual budget in excess of $4 million. Dr. Sullivan served on the MRC Board of Directors. The company now has annual sales in excess of $120 million.

Over the last ten years, Dr. Sullivan has concentrated his efforts on developing and commercializing mixed plastic recycling technologies. This led to his invention of the Green Polymer process that is now licensed and being used to manufacture high value commercial recycled plastic products. He has established an extensive R&D plastic recycling laboratory that will be used to continually improve the process, lead product development efforts, and assist licensees with quality assurance and control.

Dr. Sullivan has a BS in Physics and Mathematics from Manhattan College, and an MS in Planetary Science from the California Institute of Technology. He did his doctoral work in chemical and nuclear engineering at the University of New Mexico.

Stephen R. Lynch, Vice President
Steve Lynch has been working with Don Sullivan on the commercialization of the Green Polymer process for five years. Together they have succeeded in getting the technology licensed and in production. Prior to that, Mr. Lynch served as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of a startup company which attempted to commercialize a different process for recycling plastic waste. Colonel Lynch retired in 1999 after 22 years as an Air Force Pilot, having served in Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, and Central America. Mr. Lynch has also worked as a financial consultant with a private money manager specializing in the area of pension fund management. Steve is currently a Captain for United Airlines. Mr. Lynch graduated cum laude from Michigan State University in 1978 with a BS in Business.

Lawrence Sprague, Vice President-Marketing
Larry Sprague joined the Green Polymer team three years ago, and has been working on marketing and sales of the technology. His contacts in the public and private sector, developed over twenty years of working in physical asset reallocation, have resulted in a list of qualified, potential licensees that are actively being introduced to the Green Polymer process. Currently the founder and CEO of LS Networks, Larry is working to devote himself fully to Green Polymer Technologies. He graduated from the University of Maryland.

Peter Van Loon, Vice President-Finance
Peter Van Loon has been working on the business and financial plans of Green Polymer Technologies. He has held operating financial roles at FMC Corporation and Kollmorgen Corporation, two high technology manufacturing organizations. He spent ten years as a controller and underwriter in health care finance. For the past five years, he has been working to develop information technology systems in direct support of business results as a consultant for EDS Corporation. He previously served in the US Navy as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer. Mr. Van Loon graduated from Trinity College, Hartford CT with a BS in Biology, and from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA in Finance.
